gleanings: A STORY FROM ANOTHER OPPRESSED WEARY SOUL:
California Titles of Nobility and Access to the 2nd Amendment
Charlie Sprinkle was a man who inspired me to look at the driver license contract differently. Here is the only video I am aware of where he gets the opportunity to tell his story.
Charlie managed to wrangle free of the DMV at a time with no internet, little public support, and well entrenched powerful political adversaries. Charlie Sprinkle achieved what is to me the foundation of freedom, the ability to travel freely without state or government privilege or license. Here is Charlie's interview on Second Thought TV, it is entertaining and definitely worth watching before reading the rest of this post.
Charlie was one of the Knights of the Republic, his efforts and research are a huge asset in preserving the freedom of every American to travel, by right not license. I can't tell you how sad I was to learn that Mr. Sprinkle passed away just a few days after I first viewed this video. At the time I really had not made the connection that it was even possible to travel without a license until I learned about Charlie's work.
Charlie sued Ronald Reagan, Nancy Reagan and numerous other gov-co officials over the driver license, using the foundation that in practice it was a Title of Nobility. Issuing Titles of Nobility is prohibited by the Constitution and violates the obligation of the subscribed Oath of Office.
Notice in Charlie's story how he hadn't addressed the issue of identification - my theory on proper identification for those who are all in when it comes to lawfully resisting Federal 'exclusive jurisdiction' is a document I call a Non-Political Common Law Identification; Here is my YouTube Video on how I made and authenticated mine, in the description box of the video page is a link to download the instruction sheet. The Non Political ID by itself is just a document, it doesn't do anything magic. How it is used in relation to contract and citizenship status with gov-co is complex.
Wikipedia (which means in legal terms "I cite Mickey Mouse as my source") describes a Title of Nobility as a "Social order, status State which possesses more acknowledged privileges or emminence than members of most other classes of society. The privileges associated with Nobility may constitute substantial advantages over or relative to non-nobles."
If access to the Second Amendment can only come from submitting an application (begging) the gov-co DMV to issue a political card (driver license or CA ID Card) converting my right to free travel into a privilege to drive, which can be granted or denied from a state administrative agency at any time for any reason, is to me a clear indication that the driver license is a title of nobility.
At this time by operation of the CA Penal Code, only those individuals who are granted and recognized by the state with an ID Card and Resident Status (subject to administrative gov-co) are able to purchase a firearm.
Recently I inquired about a firearm purchase from a CA Licensed Firearm Dealer. There is more on that inquiry in my blog post a few days ago, below is the DOJ response I received and clear evidence that only those with a gov-co resident card or licensed driver card qualify to purchase a firearm.
The gov-co response could only point to the need for a Title of Nobility to purchase a firearm more clearly if he had said it using that exact term.
Thank you for your response, may I have the full name of the administrator who rendered this decision? I will need to ensure that person does have an Oath of Office properly subscribed.
Also, You may wish to reconsider the message that was sent, as it appears to violate your oath of office. Article 4 Section 4 of the Constitution requires that the United States provide a Republican form of government to the States.
The requirement that I obtain a driver license (and submit to an administrative form of gov-co) is contradictory to Article 4 Section 4. Making the 2nd Amendment available only by submitting to an administrative form of gov-co is about as far from the intent of the Constitution as one can think.
Your subscribed oath is a promise that you would personally uphold the constitution, by forcing me to transfer my domicile to the United States (DC) to access the second amendment you are in direct violation and default of your solemn and subscribed promise to support the Constitution.
Thank you.
